Lilly was easy to book and very nice to work with. Her style is unique and she is very strong. I can see how some might not like it as it is more myofacial style. Not a soothing easy style some prefer. But I enjoyed it. I find a strong massage more beneficial. I will go back to see her again

Lilly listens to your needs. As a person with multiple disabilities, my body locks up in knots. Many people think deep tissue is the way to go, but I have found that my body just locks up more in response. Lilly helped my body loosen up with targeted stretching and therapeutic massage techniques. Far more effective than deep tissue, plus I left feeling more relaxed instead of needing recovery (because deep tissue requires recovery). I look forward to returning and to supporting a fellow person with disabilities. ❤️
